Welcome to Oasi Serena, a cosy semi-detached house on two floors, one of which is an attic floor.

As soon as you cross the threshold you will be greeted by a small hallway leading to the living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a television, a working wood-burning fireplace and a dining table. A spiral staircase will lead you to the attic floor. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Continuing from the living area, a corridor will lead you to the large, modern bathroom, complete with a spacious shower. Opposite the bathroom, you will find the double bedroom. At the end of the corridor, the small bedroom will welcome you with two single beds and a bridge wardrobe.

On the second floor, a hallway will lead you to the third bedroom.

The outside is no less impressive: a private garden with barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower awaits you for moments of relaxation in the open air. In addition, a private parking area is available for your convenience.
