'Avoid! We stayed mid-Sept (2026) and were excited to try an adventure of a room 'in a pub'. It was a horrific experience and we departed early. We (3 women) had the courtyard triple room (#23). As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a dampness and a strong smell of mildew. We thought heat would help but the radiator would not turn on; we went to the bar staff (part of the problem is that there is no on-site manager to resolve issues) and the bar staff told us the heat is not turned on until...

'Room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious and included all homemade breads. The owners were so friendly and helpful during our stay.'

'My only criticism was that the room had noise from central heating or air conditioning all night - it was very disturbing and the only drawback from a lovely visit.'

'Great place to stay, very spacious and close to everything'

'Parking is a bit difficult , not many spaces and a bit confusing at first. Adding a mini fridge to the room would be nice.'

'Lovely property in every way. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Pauline, Chris, and their pups Penny, and Max were all wonderful hosts.'

'Its a little off the beaten path but quite cool.'

'We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived but were given a pleasant impression once we arrived inside. Clearly the owners care about their guests as the place was left super clean for us and very well equipped, including some generous goods including breakfast items and a carton of milk which was much appreciated. For these reasons I have to give huge props to those who own the caravan and put in effort to create a positive experience for their guests.'

'From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...

'Very cozy cottage, most comfortable bed in the world! Loved the location and all the farm animals, especially the cute dogs. Maybe the kitchen needs some new and more pots and pans, cooking spoons and bowls. Looking forward to the next stay.'
