Hôtel près de Tacoma Chinese Garden and Reconciliation Park (Tacoma)

« Place. Lots to do. Lots of stairs lol. Be sure to ask for a room with a window. »

« Prepaid room was apparently not available to us when we checked in....even though they already had our money. We were told that the type of room we paid for thru their website does not even exist at their site, which we later found out to be false. They just oversold and did not relay that to us during our entire 13 night stay and downgraded our type of room, never reimbursed us for the difference, and never reached out to us at all during our stay to explain what had happened and offer to...

« Patsy was great to work with on some unique needs I had. The location was fantastic, and the property is beautifully kept. Parking is a challenge, especially for larger vehicles. »

« Nice place for business and personal travel »

« For the most part everything was fine except they put us in a handicapped room for some reason even though such a room wasn't requested. I should have complained right away but didn't, my bad. I was woken up both mornings around 7AM of my stay w him hacking and coughing. I personally enjoyed the three oversized cats that live there but might be an issue for those allergies and I don’t recall seeing cats being mentioned. Please grab a weed wacker and clean up the yard around the stairs to enter the front door. That’s the...

« Excellent séjour. Chambres propres et spacieuses bien agencées et équipées. Bon petit-déjeuner et piscine couverte. Adresse à recommander sans hésiter »

« Très bon séjour de 4 nuits. Juste un bémol : assez proche de la voie rapide . Pour le bruit c’est pas terrible! »

« I had reserved 2 rooms in June for my sister, my parents and myself. Unfortunately, my mother became ill and had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and all of our travel plans changed. The Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma was very understanding and supportive and cancelled my reservations without penalty. I was and am very grateful. »
