Location and Space
• Located on the SW side of the island, on a Cycladic mountain full of thyme, sage in a historical village.

Guest Access
The property is 20 min drive from the main port or airport. I can arrange for a taxi to pick you up or suggest car rentals to have a car waiting for you. You also have the choice to take the local bus, in which case I can pick you up from the bus stop in Poseidonia (at the Kiosk). A private road leads you to the property. There is plenty of space for parking if you rent a car or scooter.

Guest Interaction
I give my guests space but am available when needed. I will be happy to make your trip to Syros an unforgettable one. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need anything, from extra towels to local recommendations. I will be happy to assist you in any needs you may have during your visit. Besides that, I’ll leave you to enjoy your stay.

Other Things to Note
There are steps leading to and around the different levels of the property and a staircase inside the house.
In high season, which are the months of July and August, sounds of music travel up to our house from the beach, mainly on the weekends.

Overview
Our neighborhood is unique and known for its neoclassical mansions.
One can easily access the other villages for restaurants, shopping and the public transportation. Our property is on a road leading to Komito beach and a few other private properties. Komito and Agathopes beach are two beautiful sandy beaches with clear waters. Agathopes being the more popular one of the two has 3 choices of Greek restaurants. A beach bar is at Komito for refreshments and snacks. There are also two lovely restaurants in our neighborhood within walking distance.

Getting Around
We do recommend you rent a car or scooter if you wish to see more of the island. However there is a bus that runs every 30 min from the bus stop, which is a 8 min walk from our property. This bus takes you through all the villages and to the main city and port of Ermoupoli. Taxi service is also available. Bicycles and scooters are available to hire from the car rental services. We can help you with more information about your transportation options.
