There are a few local restaurants, plus the beach is just a 5 minute drive away, with plenty more coves and bays to discover in this stunning part of the island. Buzzing Siracusa offers a change of pace, with a plethora of bars and restaurants to choose from. Besides wining and dining, it has fascinating architecture and historic ruins to gaze at. Many more day trips are possible, such as visiting the incredible UNESCO towns of Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, or you can spend a day visiting Taormina, where the TV-show The White Lotus was filmed, offering charming, colourful streets and a stunning Greek Theatre.
