A comfortable apartment of approximately 40 square meters, sleeping 3 people, located on the raised first floor of a renovated historic building (a few steps to enter). The property is just a short walk from the Foro Siracusano and only 200 meters from the Santa Lucia Bridge, which leads to the beautiful island of Ortigia (restricted traffic zone), the historic center of Syracuse.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, smart TV, and sofa bed;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall (one step to enter) and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning with heat pump in the bedroom, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be available until 10:00 PM.



If you’d prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.



The apartment is located just a short walk from the Foro Siracusano, in a central location and within walking distance of key amenities, including bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Santa Lucia Bridge, which leads to the beautiful island of Ortigia, is just 200 meters away.

Strolling through the island’s streets, you can admire centuries of history, splendid palaces, lively trattorias and cafés, as well as other monuments such as Maniace Castle, the Aretusa Spring, and Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular squares in all of Sicily. In the summer, you can swim off the rocks or at some of the small beaches and sunbathing areas along the waterfront. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed year-round.
