Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights, changeover day flexible except from 22 June to 30 August (7 nights, arrival day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, midweek change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
