'Wow. This is how it should be. The only negative thing I can come up with is that they didn’t mention that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '

'This hotel was in a great location for a first trip to Sydney. We enjoyed breakfast at the Queen Victoria building and could walk or take the rail or Uber to Circular Quay and the Rocks depending on our mood. The hotel had great amenities and staff and the beds were comfy. We'd definitely stay there again.'

'Was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a milestone birthday. Recognised for my Bonvoy status even though it was booked through a third party platform and upgraded to a suite with a partial harbour view. Was lovely having a beer on the patio looking over the gardens and harbour. Surprised with balloons in the room with cake from Chef. Then later surprised again with more sweet treats and candle with the staff singing happy birthday when I went to the club lounge for pre-dinner...
