※ This is a granny flat situated in the backyard of the main house, where the owners and their family reside.
※ The owner hosts weekly yoga classes in the studio located on the ground floor of the main house, with attendance from some neighborhood residents.
※ The flat is nestled in the lush, bushy backyard, which makes occasional pest activity inevitable.
※ The owner has a cat.
※ In Australia's tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular fumigation to prevent pests.
※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival, A$350
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.
※ The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes.
※ Standard Setting: Queen size bed for 2 guests
※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming)

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check-out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived
Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
