Other Things to Note:

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.

- Laundry room is communal with key access. The washer and Dryer are for the unit.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.

- There are stairs in the property.

- Unlimited street parking. Please note that while street parking is free, spaces are subject to availability and can be competitive.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
