Kegnæs is a small peninsula on the island of Als, surrounded by good swimming beaches, fantastic fishing and ideal conditions for windsurfing and paragliding. The nature on Kegnæs, in fact on the whole of Åls, is unique and promises its guests fantastic experiences. On Als there are also two 18-hole golf courses, Universe, a go-kart track and numerous other opportunities for an active vacation. The main town on the island, Sønderborg, has a spacious and really cozy harbor promenade with good cafes and restaurants. The beautiful old Sønderborg Castle shows you the interesting history of the region in collections of cultural and historical importance. The pedestrian zone is no less inviting with its many, small stores and a large shopping center. Bed linen and towels can be rented at the service office of dansommer according to the list price. The advance payment for the operating costs and the final cleaning are paid in cash in the house together with the other consumption costs.
