Main floor = a gourmet Kitchen, eat-in Breakfast Nook with farmhouses table that seats 6-8, formal Dining Room with hi-top table that seats 8, Great Room with huge TV, Powder Room, King Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom (with a spa tub), and Sunroom. All that on one floor!!
Lower level = King Bedroom, full Bathroom, Laundry room, and large Living Room with a TV & Game Table Nook as well.
Upper Level = 3 Bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 2 full Bathrooms, and a Dedicated Workspace / Sitting Area.

Two patio spaces + a large yard

Guests will have the entire house and property to themselves, with the ability to access all 3 levels.

*Children are loved, but please check with us before booking to make sure the house is appropriate for certain ages. This may not be the best choice for families with a lot of young children. Thank you.

For everyone's safely, please ensure that there is no playing near or leaning on the upstairs balcony railing.

This is a complete Smoke Free and Pet Free property and home.

Due to this being a mountaintop community, sound travels extremely well to the neighbors. Please be mindful of this when enjoying yourself outdoors. We want to respect our neighbors and keep this property available for guests.

Tubing Weekend

Five couples visited the house for a long weekend for a tubing adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate and our host, Lydia, was on spot. Would recommend this house to any age, as steps, parking, and bedding layout is wonderful.

Fantastic Home and Host

This home is by far the best we have ever have booked. The communications with the hosts were fantastic, the home is equipped like being at our own home. Never had a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back, fantastic weekend!!

Spacious getaway

The home is lovely and well appointed. Our group of 11 had plenty of everything we needed for our relaxed getaway - dishes, mugs, blankets, towels, etc. The host was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend and hope we can get back again!

Astounding! 10-star property.

6 of us stayed at this luxurious, spacious, CLEAN, well-equipped property near Asheville - and there was room for so many more! If we could give 10 stars in a review, we would. We all appreciated the beautiful decor, comfortable beds and furniture, well-stocked kitchen/baths, along with the cleanliness and good repair of the property. So many lovely seating areas, inside and out. The kitchen was by-far, the cleanest, best equipped, and most clearly labeled space we have ever seen. (Kudos to the fireplace instructions as well!) Lydia was right there for us in every question or need we had. While the location is in Swannanoa, its proximity to Asheville is perfect for feeling like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, yet only a short drive to wherever you might want to go in Asheville. Everything was lavish, well-stocked, and beautiful. We can’t say enough good things about our time at this property.

Beautiful and convenient, spacious and cozy!

Book this property! Our family and close friends had a perfect weekend staying at this home. Lydia has gone above and beyond to make sure guests feel right at home here - every need was met, the home is beautifully decorated, spacious enough we never felt crowded but still cozy. Comfortable beds, huge tv with streaming for a movie night, FULLY stocked and roomy kitchen great for cooking and dining with a large group, the ping pong table and downstairs area was perfect for folks to do their own thing while still spending the weekend together. The home was spotless, fresh and clean, and although we didn’t get to enjoy it the outdoor space and back yard is lovely! Close by for exploring Asheville and driving the parkway. We were there for a special celebration weekend and Lydia recognized that and helped us make the most of the time we had there - thanks Lydia!
