Villa Gravisi is a traditional, semi-detached Istrian countryside property that has been thoughtfully modernised throughout. Interiors are contemporary and stylish while the generously sized garden calls for long, lazy days by the pool. Svetvincenat is just over 10 minutes’ drive away, offering some great restaurants and an interesting array of cultural events to enjoy. The nearest beach of Fazana has some family activities to enjoy and bars and restaurants in close proximity. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms and kitchen are included.

Villa Gravisi enjoys a rural location, suitable for walking and cycling and enjoying stunning countryside views. It’s just a little over 10 minutes’ drive from the quaint village setting of Svetincenat, which is lovely to walk around and has some authentic restaurants to frequent. You can also experience the buzz of the charming towns of Rovinj and Pula, both brimming with restaurants and historic architecture - don’t miss the amphitheatre of Pula! They are both reachable within a 40 minute drive. Even closer is the lovely beach town of Fazana, just a 20 minute car journey away.
