Villa Unica is definitely the place for a special kind of vacation. Situated on the edge of a sleepy little village amidst the Mediterranean forests of the enchanting Istrian countryside, Villa Unica offers pure relaxation for a maximum of 8 people.

On the first floor there is a living and dining room separated by a fireplace that can be seen from both sides and flooded with sunlight, an ultra-modern kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances and bar counter, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. On the same level, you will also find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and wardrobe.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double box-spring beds, which ensure a dreamy night's sleep. All 3 rooms have their own bathrooms, which are designed in a modern and functional style.

Outside, the private pool invites you to swim or relax on the sun loungers while reading a book or simply unwinding.

In addition to the beautiful pool, the outdoor area has 4 different retreat areas (terrace, loggia, summer kitchen and lounge area) The summer kitchen with gas barbecue, fridge, bar counter & outdoor dining area, offer you and family & friends an ideal place to prepare and enjoy local gastronomic delicacies. The lounge area at the end of the garden is ideal for total relaxation, overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden. The loggia on the upper floor is perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee, with beautiful views of the unspoiled surrounding nature, and is accessible via two of the bedrooms and the external staircase.

Table tennis is available for those who wish to stay active to further enjoy your dream vacation in this villa.

IMPORTANT: Younger groups are not allowed, so if you are looking for total relaxation, absolute comfort and beautiful scenery, Villa Unica is the place for you :). However, if you do decide to leave the luxury of your vacation villa, there are many great places to discover nearby, with cycling and hiking trails leading through the enchanting Istrian countryside starting right from the house.

The nearest beaches are in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana (15 km) with a beautiful harbor from where tourist boats take you to one of Croatia's most beautiful national parks - Brijuni.

In the stunning historic town of Rovinj (30 km) you will find a wide range of tourist amenities. Also visit the region's capital, Pula, where a magnificent Roman amphitheater regularly hosts film screenings, cultural events and live concerts by world-famous artists.

Not to be missed are the picturesque medieval villages of Svetvincenat (8 km), Vodnjan (8 km) and Bale (15 km) with picturesque squares, narrow stone streets and cozy taverns, stores and bars. This region also offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that you can enjoy in the many restaurants, agritourism and local wine cellars just a short drive away.
