Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath and WC, and its own direct exit to the swimming pool. An open kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped for self-catering stays. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.
On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms offer comfortable and well-appointed accommodation. The first features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower room and WC. The second bedroom on this level is fitted with a French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower room and WC, and direct access to a terrace. The villa benefits from 2 outdoor terrace spaces, one of 20 m2 and one of 8 m2, both roofed, offering views of the swimming pool, the garden, and the surrounding countryside. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided for outdoor relaxation, and a box-room is also available on the property.
