Nach dem herzlichen Willkommen im Hotel erwartete mich ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon, Meerblick, Pflegeartikel im Bad und gefüllter Mini-Bar. 'Nous avons loué au "Dolce Vita". Nous sommes arrivé et seul le dolce Vita 2 était renseigné . Pas de bureau réception. seul un garde dans une " cahutte" qui comprend très peu l'Anglais et qui dit ne pas connaitre . Nous demandons à un 2ème garde : non plus : cherchons 30-40 minutes pour enfin trouver un 3ème garde qui nous ramène vers le premier qui nous donnes les clefs et les papiers. à déplorer aussi : pas de produits simples style sel-poivre-éponge-savon-savon vsl stipulé nettoyage 2X...

'Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.'

'The hotel was clean and tidy and was a good base for us, the staff (Julie) was brilliant even booking transfers for us back to the airport at nearly half the price of the taxi to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurant's and bars being very good and very cheap, with excellent services aswell. The only thing we didn't manage to sort out was using the buses from Sveti Vlas to Sunny beach, but better luck next time...
