Next to the pool is a beautiful covered terrace with a large table and barbecue, while there are several parking spaces in the courtyard. The house borders a large olive grove and offers its guests complete privacy. This beautiful house was built back in 1898 and during the renovation in 2023, the traditional Istrian architecture was preserved but equipped with modern furniture.
This villa for 8 people has a total living area of 240 m2 on three floors and is ideal for large families. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living area with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with access to the gallery. From the living room there is direct access to the pool, garden and covered terrace. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the countryside. On the second floor of the house there is another bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom.
