Villa Flower is located in Sv. Lovreč, in Istria. This beautiful autochthonous Istrian stone house is ideal for all lovers of nature and greenery and for all those who want a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa was built in a rustic style in 2009 but was completely renovated in 2022. It offers its guests 204 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1154 m2. Villa Flower can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, and the fourth room has 2 single beds. There are also 4 bathrooms in the villa, two have both a shower and a bathtub, and two have only a bathtub. Each of the rooms has an exit to the balcony where there is a sofa, perfect for drinking morning coffee or hanging out at night.



In the living room, you will rest on two sofas, and there is also a coffee table, TV, and chairs. The dining room has a dining table that seats 8, and there is also a modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.



On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and an outdoor covered dining table.



If children are coming with you on holiday, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.



The villa is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. In front of the villa, there is a large yard where children can play and have fun.
