The villa was built in 2009 with a rustic style of construction, and underwent its complete renovation in 2022. It provides its guests with 202 m2 of living space and 1295 m2 of total property. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6, and guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which are located on the upper floor and have double beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower, and one bedroom with 2 single the bed is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor there are two more bathrooms with shower and bath, and a living room with two sofas, TV, coffee table, chairs and a romantic fireplace. If necessary, the sofa serves as an extra bed for two more people. In the kitchen you will prepare meals for family and friends, and there is also a dining room with a table for 8 people. On the upper floor there is a balcony with sitting furniture, perfect for drinking morning coffee with a panoramic view of Sv. Lovreč.



The most fun will be provided by the outdoor terrace where there is a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. On the sun deck, there are 8 deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun and read your favourite book. On the terrace, there is an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and an outdoor dining table with 8 seats.



Additional facilities at Villa Oscar include a washing machine, iron, feeder and baby cot, and a separate toilet.



The yard of the villa is fully fenced, full of greenery and olive trees, and children will have enough space for carefree play and fun.
