Spread across four levels, the villa features:

Ground floor: Entrance hall, guest toilet, open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading to a terrace with a heated pool, sun loungers, lounge chairs, and a dining table. The lush garden boasts Mediterranean plants and a 60-year-old olive tree.

Basement level (-1): A relaxing chill-out room with a wine fridge, kitchen and bar area, toilet, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

First and second floors: Four beautifully decorated bedrooms with air conditioning and TVs. Two bedrooms have double beds and sea views, one has twin beds, and one has a bunk bed. Two elegant bathrooms. A spacious lounge terrace with home cinema and sunshade completes the offer.

Turanj is an excellent base for exploring the nearby Krka, Paklenica, and Kornati National Parks, as well as Vransko Lake Nature Park. The cities of Zadar, Šibenik, and Nin are all within easy reach and offer rich cultural and gastronomic experiences.

Island-hopping to Pašman, Dugi Otok, and Vrgada is highly recommended, along with a visit to the scenic viewpoint Kamenjak.
