Red House - Peaceful Oasis in the Nature

Red house is situated in Kraj Drage, a small place near Labin.

The spacious property has everything you can imagine: a beautiful swimming pool, playground for kids and a full-sized trampoline. While kids are playing outside, adults can keep watch on them while entertaining themselves playing foosball, or volleyball on the volleyball field. The house is simply a perfect choice for an active family vacation.



A roofed terrace with lounge area has a BBQ grill and an outdoor fireplace, where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.

The house is located on a large plot of land (3500 m2), surrounded by forrest. The fresh air will make you yearn to spend your vacation outside, and this house makes sure you'll be entertained.



The interior of the house consists of a kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and four bedrooms in total. 3 of them have extra large double beds while one has two single beds, Two master bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Since the house does not have any direct neighbours, parties are allowed under condition of returning the house in its original state.

Baby cot is available upon request.

Kraj Drage is a small place in Labin area. It is a wonderful choice to spend the vacation if you're looking for beautiful nature, away from the city bustle.

Smaller grocery stores and restaurants can be found in a nearby village of Sumber, 2 kilometers away from the villa.

Larger grocery stores, museums, plethora of restaurants and landmarks can be found in Labin, which is only 15 minutes away by car.

If you drive just 3 km souther, you'll reach Rabac, a wonderful Istrian town known for its beautiful, clean beaches. Maslinica, Girandella and many more have earned a Blue flag reward because of their crystal clear sea and clean beaches.



The old Istrian town of Labin is located 7,5 km from the villa. There you can see numerous exhibitions and museums dedicated to mining, for which this town was famous in the past.

A beautiful viewpoint in Labin offers a view of the sea, Rabac and the island of Cres.

We recommend taking a hike on Labin - Rabac trail which follows stream through forrest. It is only 4 kilometers long, but it has multiple paths of various difficulty. One of those paths leads to a beautiful waterfall.
