As you step inside, you're welcomed into the bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where views across the tranquil canals of Sussex Inlet can be enjoyed from the comfort of the couch or dining table. The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double futon, providing additional sleeping space for up to six guests, with a maximum of four adults. A split system cooling and heating is availble, keeping the space comfortable throughout your stay.

From the living area, step straight outside onto the back deck, complete with outdoor dining where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an alfresco meal while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Guests also have access to a communal BBQ area, shared with the other units, perfect for enjoying a relaxed BBQ during your stay

One of the standout features of The Inlet Nook is its private fenced grassed area with direct access to the waterway. Bring along your own paddle boards or kayaks and launch directly from the property, making it easy to get out on the water and explore the beautiful Sussex Inlet canals.

The accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms, with one queen bed and two single beds. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience. A central bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently positioned between the two bedrooms.

For those arriving by car, the property has parking spaces available.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Sussex Inlet, The Inlet Nook is just a 400-metre walk to the town centre, where you'll find local shops and cafes. A boat ramp is only 100 metres away, making this an ideal choice for guests wanting to bring a boat or enjoy everything the waterways have to offer.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
