Located in family-friendly Surfside Beach community, this third floor walk-up condo includes covered parking, a large pool and access to beach just a few steps across the street. Enjoy leisurely mornings on the large patio drinking coffee while watching the sun rise or nighttime cocktails listening to crashing waves. We may not be technically "beachfront" (as in right on the beach) however we are fortunate to be across the street (termed 2nd row) and have views of the ocean out to the horizon just steps to entrance to the beach. Master bedroom has a very comfortable foam queen bed with private access to the patio. 2nd bedroom features a full-size lower bunk with twin on top. The condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family of four.
Fully equipped kitchen includes 2 coffee makers (Keurig pod and drip). Tub/shower combo bathroom was updated with vanity and chair-height toilet. Condo boasts an open-plan dining and living area with access to he patio. Brightly painted walls, luxury vinyl flooring and a 43" HD flat screen Roku TV in living room. 32" ROKU TV added to master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The condo has an inviting and tranquil feel. Free internet and cable is included. Guests are advised to bring their personal sign-in codes for special streaming channels. Linens and towels are provided for each registered guest (not beach towels). A stacked washer/dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are discreetly stored in a closet for your use if needed. Laundry soap and softener provided as well.
Condo is situated between two piers... less than a mile, either way, North to the Surfside Pier finally opened and South to the Garden City Pier. The Grand Strand offers a variety of restaurants for quick grab-and-go or leisurely dining and of course entertainment in abundance. We know you have plenty of vacation rental choices here at the beach so we thank you for your interest in ours. The reviews from our guests speak for themselves.

Note regarding Bike week full disclosure: Limited parking space. Please send inquiry for more information if you are interested in renting during Bike Week.

Norma was a wonderful host, she communicated well This condo is clean and perfectly laid out. Spacious with everything you need for a great stay including dishes to cook a good meal. I loved having a Keurig since I am the only coffee drinker. The balcony is very large, great place to eat meals. The bathroom is roomy great water pressure in shower and drains well. The pool was closed but looked nice. Parking is easy but limited, we had no issues finding a spot. Location is peaceful. Beach access is directly across the street Please note as in listing this condo is on the third floor, no elevator. It is a well maintained condo.

Let me start by saying, hosts don’t get any better than Norma. Communication and hospitality were unmatched. The property was as listed and very clean. Little details really make a difference and she thinks of everything. If you forgot to pack it, it was probably in the room already. Check in was very easy. As others have noted, there are 3 flights of stairs but we navigated fine. It’s a good workout! The location is quiet and such easy beach access. Great trip.

Such a wonderful experience!

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was tidy and comfortable and has a beautiful view. Do not let the 3 story stop you, it’s worth it! Norma was wonderful to work with, as well. We locked our key in the apartment when we went to the beach and she was there within 5 minutes to let us in. We will definitely be back!

Great stay- great host. Reviews speak for themselves. Amazing communication, hospitality and unit. Second row from the beach- across the street from grocery and up the street fromAnything else you could ask for. Clean rental, we loved the back porch with the little balcony bar to sit at in the evening. If we are ever in the area again - this will be our first place we try to snag. Extras were aplenty- board games, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties etc. in house laundry was a huge plus. You can tell the unit and the people who stay in it are a priority. Thanks again for a great week.

The property met all of our expectations. It is a very short walk to the beach - perhaps 100 yards at most. Being on the third floor of the condo building meant climbing steps with the luggage; however, it provided a very nice view of the ocean while on the balcony and even in the living room area. While a bit on the small side, it provided enough room for the four of us in our group.

GREAT LOCATION!

Excellent access to beach and pool was refreshing.Beach cart was perfect to head over to the ocean.Super communication from Norma-including a recommendation for Conch Cafe-10 minute walk and notice of a kite fest in Surfside. Try the Calamari. Nice walk to downtown Surfside. Definitely try the Pizza Hyena (I call it Happy Hyena) and the mexican restaurant. Condo was perfect for our needs. Stairs for me not a problem

We loved this place and loved the area it was located. The property manager was the best. She was very very helpfully when ever we needed her. If just myself and husband would stay again again for sure. Next time if whole family comes we would just need a bigger place the only reason why.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved this condo, and the property manager stay in constant contact with us. The condo has everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was perfect. Our trip was cut short unfortunately due to pending storm and flooding, and Norma refunded us for the unused days.

We had a great stay at Surfside! The host was amazing! She was easy to get in contact with and so kind! The pool was very clean. We had it to ourselves most of the time. The room was clean and the condo building itself was quiet! Beach access was literally straight across the road which made travling with little ones and seniors easy!! You won’t regret your stay!
