Both of our 5 bedroom oceanfront houses sit side by side in the popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes where there are only 13 oceanfront houses and both houses now sleep 14. This section is actually closest to the ocean in Ocean Lakes as you do not need binoculars as other sections do to see the ocean by looking across the basketball courts and playgrounds .You just walk down the steps from the house and 20 ft across Ocean Lakes private street for golf cart parking for houses that are farther back and you are there at the ocean access.We bought this house 5 years ago and immediately embarked on a 9 month renovation It is updated each and every year because we live local and we put a lot of money back into our houses each and every winter .This houses has just had a brand new kitchen installed along with new 1 st level vinyl flooring and new furniture and painting ,.There are flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and a large 50 inch flat screen in the living room ,bathrooms with updated nickel faucets and hardware and granite counter tops ,all updated ceiling fans and light fixtures .There is a outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water to wash away the sand and also a propane gas grill to cook outside..The outdoor furnitureon the deck with plenty of seating for all is all weather polywood and I have a combination of normal height seating along with higher counter height seating. The view from the decks are breathtaking once you have stayed oceanfront you will never want to stay anyplace else.
The first level has a fully-furnished kitchen with Stainless Steel Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, and large, side-by-side Refrigerator with ice and filtered water on the door, and features granite countertops . There is a high top table with setting for 6 plus setting for 4 at the kitchen counter bar and a living room nook table with seating for 2 while looking out at the ocean .The Living room features a brand new sectional sofa and has a 50 inch flat screen tv. On the main level is 2 queen bedrooms and one has a attached 1/2 bath plus there is a hallway full bathroom upstairs there is a king bedroom with oceanfront deck access plus another master king bedroom with deck access plus private bathroom and a twin trundle bed that is actually 2 twins or when trundle lifts will make into a second king in this bedroom.There is also a bunk room in the back with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.
All you have to do is bring your own paper products. .Cleaning products are provided to for you to clean up after yourself during your stay and combination departure cleaning fee and linen fee is $350 and is mandatory.


Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast.With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront,it features eight fresh water lakes,a recreaction center with supervised activities for children such as day camps,fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools and new in 2016 is a full size water park,golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games,a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf,a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.


*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families 28 or older and not a group of young singles**

*This house will sleep a maximum of 10 adults in 5 bedrooms or 10 adults and 4 children including the bunk beds*

Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $10 or current rate per day for parking pass.



From Memorial Day to Octobar 1 I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00 pm
ckeck out time is 10:00 am


A small (and I really do mean small) crate trained dog will be considered but you must inquire first by providing breed and weight .
