House Description
Come and Fade Away into relaxation in this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that was constructed in 2017. The house is only a few steps away from the Atlantic Ocean (public access directly across the street). There is also a 3rd balcony that overlooks a private pool.
The upgrades in this house are endless. There is plank flooring throughout the house. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a Kuerig coffee maker. Each of the 5 bedrooms has their own smart TVs including a 55" TV (this TV is not a Smart TV) in the upstairs master bedroom. Each bedroom also has its own full bathroom. The spacious living room has a 65" smart TV and plenty of room for the whole family.
During peak season, May through October all renters will have departure maid service and luxury linen and towel service. Don't worry about packing all of those towels and sheets. Just show up and your bed is ready. For stays under 7 nights, you have the option to decline the linen and towel service. You also don't have to keep track of keys while on Vacation. You will be given a code that will unlock the front door at check-in.
House Layout
Outside: There is room for 4-5 vehicles to park (depending on size). There is a shower and water house to wash off before jumping in the large pool that is located just through the gate in the back patio. There is plenty of open space to lounge around the pool and soak up the rays.
Downstairs Level: The downstairs has an open layout for the kitchen and living room. The living room has a new 65" TV with sofas and chair. There are games and books located in the entertainment center that can be enjoyed in the living room or at the dining room table. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The cupboards are stocked with coffee cups, plates, wine glasses and everything you would need to have your own seafood boil. There is a half bath in the hallway just before the downstairs master bedroom. The roomy, master bedroom has a king bed and its own full bath. It also has its own balcony that overlooks the pool.
Upstairs: There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The master upstairs bedroom features a king bed, a 55" TV, full bath and a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, TV and full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, TV and full bath. The 4th bedroom is a large bedroom that has 2 queen beds, TV and full bath. The washer and dryer are also located on the upstairs level.
