'I find the hotel quite disappointing. The taxi driver who took me to the hotel told me that it's quite a new hotel so I was quite surprised that the room I stayed in has shown a lot of age. I booked a room with one double bed. The room itself is very small. There wasn't much space left between the bed and the wall. The room itself was clean but very minimally decorated. It wasn't the cheapest hotel around so I think the price it has asked for is expensive for what I got.'

'Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure.'

'The area is a poor location in a very Islamic area, dirty and unkempt and not pleasant in any way with poor eating facilities anywhere nearby. The hotel was reasonable but would accept Hotel .Com booking and requiring me to pay in cash and telling me to claim a refund from Hotel .Com. Breakfast did not come and my passport was kept until I left the hotel which did not happen at any of the other 6 hotels I stayed at during my 2 weeks in Indonesia.'
