Designed for comfort and relaxation, this quality retreat features four bedrooms, each appointed with premium bedding, flat-screen TV/DVD players, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.

The spacious living room offers a 46-inch TV with surround sound and Merge-TV with streaming capabilities, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The open, well-equipped kitchen features Corian countertops and provides ample space for meal preparation and gathering. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the first floor, bringing the beauty of the coast indoors.

The large primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Outdoor amenities include a private oceanside deck, boardwalk leading directly to the beach, a foot shower, and a private outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after sandy adventures. The home also offers spacious parking and reflects the care of an attentive owner.

Beach Construction

Our group of senior women were unaware of two 12-hour shifts of work being done on the beach. Unable to use beach access from our home. Noise rattled our windows and flood lights at 2:15 AM. If we were made aware we would have chosen another home. Property manager had zero empathy. When I dared to ask for her boss she said “I the boss” and called the police. Our group of six women aging 59-76 were escorted off the Costal office property. We are still at a disbelief of how we were treated from property mgr. We were asked to leave and if a problem came up, we were not allowed to call the office, only allowed to email the office. Shocking behavior from property mgr. Don’t take a problem to them. We have videos if in question. Ask about construction before you rent. And DON’T use any house if Costal Vacation Resorts is involved. You’ll have better customer service with Hobbs Vacation Rentals. They offered their guest 15% off or the option to book another week.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property, well located, excellent beach! The property could use a little touch of a spruce up; the dining room floor needs to be varnished. The wooden porch furniture while comfortable needed some improvement. The wooden table had lost a few pieces from the top and there were screws sticking out! The top hand rail on the walkway to the beach was a nice white vinyl but the immediate adjacent pieces were splintery! With just a few improvements this place would deserve an excellent rating all the way around!

Relaxing - Socially Distant Spring Break

License to Chill is a great property. It met all of our requirements for a relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. This part of the beach is nice and wide too and there is a lot of space to spread out and not feel like you are on-top of your neighbors. We played lots of bocce ball and frisbee. The owners also generously shared their beach gear/chairs with renters. The zero-gravity lounge chairs are amazing on the beach! The only warning I have is to make sure to pack your own bath and beach towels. The description of the house indicates that linens are included but we didn't find out until we had already left on our 7 hour drive that bath towels were not included. We had to use the beach towels my mom brought until my brother arrived with bath towels a couple of days later. This is a property that we will consider renting again in the future.
