This thoughtfully designed modern escape sits lightly perched on the mountain side. It features special touches like natural wood trim & flooring throughout to connect the space with surrounding forest environment.

Cozy and stylish, this retreat is one of kind in Sunshine Valley. Curl up with a book next to the woodstove, or head out on an adventure into the heart of the Cascades.

The space
Vaulted ceilings and bright airy spaces welcome you.

The front deck feature patio lights and also a suspended patio heater for those crisp days.

With two bedrooms, the Black Pine can accommodate up to 5 guests.

The spacious upstairs bedroom features a king bed, with a bench seat that can also be used as a single bed.

The main bedroom also has a built in desk and fibre optic wifi for those who need to stay connected while away. Bring your laptop if you must!

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and sliding door for privacy. Feel free to leave the slider open during the day to create a more airy and open feel.

The living room features the oversize picture windows, wood stove, and Samsung Frame TV.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and fridge.

- Laundry facilities are available in the upstairs bedroom closet.
- Access is to the entire space.

Please note that this is a new development, and there may be construction activity happening on other cabins in the area. We have kept our rate low at this time to account for this.

Well appointed space in new community
The black pine is a beautifully appointed cabin in sunshine valley, gateway to incredible hiking, lakes and mountain adventures. We enjoyed our time though were surprised by this local not only being in a new community but one of the few finished properties and surrounded by job sites. Thankfully not aggressively active construction and there was no early morning noise. I am sure it will be beautiful in the next many months and definitely a spot worth checking in the winter!

Great stay!!
We loved this little VRBO! You can tell that there had been a lot of love and thought put into all the details! Dustin was very accommodating when an unforeseen event came about and I needed to change my reso. Would definitely recommend this place!

Cozy Cabin Comfy Beds
We had a great experience staying at the Black Pine & communicating with Dustin. Everything was very easy thanks to the detailed rental instructions. Beds were super comfy & linens nice soft. The heater on the patio is perfect on a cold breezy night & one can’t use the awesome propane fire pit. The wood stove overheated the space, so cozy for watching movies on the very cool “picture tv”. The only drawback was the muddy road way & neighbours are to close for my liking. Amazing people, just too close. Perfect location for outdoor adventures in the Hope Valley & Manning Park Thank you Dustin
