Waves Beach House:

A few breezy minutes walk to the beach, Waves is an impressive north-facing holiday house, which sleeps up to 16 guests - the home offers luxury, space and privacy. Boasting full air-conditioning throughout and high ceilings, there are 8 x large bedrooms, 4 x bathrooms and separate powder rooms. There are 2 x fully equipped kitchens in the open plan dining and lounge areas on each level. Outdoors, there is a sparkling swimming pool and various areas including covered balconies, patio, and a private courtyard. Located within walking distance to the beach, local IGA supermarket and cafes, this home is the pinnacle in beachside Mt Coolum living - it is perfect for large families to all spread out and enjoy their own spaces and then come together to relax on holiday.



*Accommodation Details*



On the ground floor of this 2-storey home are 4 bedrooms, most of which have access to the courtyards, plus 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area overlook the covered patio and sparkling inground pool.



The upper level has another 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, and also 3 balconies. The living areas and kitchen are open plan with sliding doors opening onto covered entertaining balcony with views of Mt Coolum.

The open plan living and dining area on the lower level features sliding doors that open out to the outdoor patio, BBQ area and private swimming pool. Having the kitchen on this level provides perfect access to the outdoor dining setting for casual meals by the pool. The lounge is situated in full view of the pool so you can keep an eye on the children in the water. Lounge in the sun by the pool or have a splash with friends and chat in the pool’s seating area.



The light-filled, larger upper level has a big leather lounge to relax and watch TV or nestle with a good book. The kitchen and dining area open out to the large covered balcony. Unwind on the upper outdoor lounge and enjoy the sea breeze, sounds of the surf and sunny northern vista.

You would have the whole home to yourself (meaning no one else would stay on the upper locked off level), by just using the ground-level apartment and with full pool and garage access. *Pets*

Dogs only are welcome at this property, subject to our terms and conditions. We allow up to 2 small indoor dogs (No med-large breeds) - pet fee applies $200.



*Location*

Waves Beach House is located at Mt Coolum in the exclusive enclave of "The Boardwalk", approximately 200m from the beach. The location is perfect with the beach, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops all in walking distance from the house. For daily exercise, walking along the kilometres of surf beach is at your doorstep, as is the famous Mt Coolum climb. This location is perfect for those who love nature, with many walking and biking tracks around the area. With close proximity (10 minutes) to Sunshine Coast Airport, 30 minutes to Noosa and 20 minutes to Mooloolaba, there are plenty of Sunshine Coast attractions located conveniently nearby.
