The Space:

Experience the essence of beachside living at our spacious, light flooded Sunshine Beach holiday home! It is the perfect relaxing haven after a fun filled and actioned packed day on the beach.



On the ground floor enjoy alfresco living at its finest. The generously sized kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor areas. Enjoy leisurely meals on the expansive deck or take a refreshing dip in the pristine pool.



The three air conditioned bedrooms are all located on the upper level:

- The oversized master bedroom features a king size bed, generous ensuite, walk-in robe, and a private deck.

- The second bedroom also boasts its own private deck, build in robe and a Queen size bed

- The third bedroom is equipped with a quality, comfortable Queen size sofa bed



Venture just a five-minute stroll down the street to discover Sunshine village eateries, the surf club, and the patrolled beach. Or head north to explore the Noosa National Park and Alexandria Bay, with scenic coastal walks leading all the way to Hastings Street, Noosa.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy including the secure double garage.

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



Pet friendly - We are happy to welcome one small to medium sized dog per booking, we have a $50 pet fee per stay - please ask before booking.
