This home offers an ultra modern finish in a quiet leafy street right in the heart of Coolum Beach.

The open plan living area offers leafy secluded views with an integrated outdoor spa set into the timber decks. A BBQ on the deck and comfortable lounge chairs make a relaxing experience .

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped, including large fridge freezer, convection microwave oven, hotplates and dishwasher. (There is no oven - the convection microwave acts as a grill and oven).

Large screen television, DVD player, music dock and Foxtel are available for your entertainment needs.

1 queen bedroom with a stylish bathroom and air conditioning make for a comfortable holiday.

A short 10 minute walk to the beach, surf club, shops and restaurants.

Coolum's long sandy beaches, rocky headlands and bays are sure to please everyone.
15 minutes south of Noosa and 15 minutes north of Maroochydore, perfectly located on the Sunshine Coast.

Overall, the property had good facilities and a nice amount of space. The hot tub and fire pit were definite highlights and made the stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by cleanliness. Within minutes of arriving I noticed a lot of hair around the property, and the bedding also didn’t seem very clean.

Tranquil paradise

We loved our stay at country beach on Cassia Avenue. The accommodation was lovely - good spaces, clean and great kitchen facilities. Really enjoyed the spa after a day of driving. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and we will stay again if visiting Coolum again

Double booked and no communication

Disaster! Arrived at property to discover already occupied due to double booking with another accommodation platform. Contacted host who apologised and said they 'thought they had fixed the issue' (must have happened before). Had to source alternate accommodation - with nothing similar available nearby. Host promised to immediately refund fully paid fee, but no refund and no contact from host 5 days later despite having mobile and email details. To avoid disappointment do not risk booking this property!

Poor maintenance

A bit off putting when you can't park the car near entrance and only way in is through the easement for storm water drain. BBQ clogged, needed cleaning. TV cable stuck in with bluetack, need repairman. microwave malfunctioned, wouldn't stop at time selected, kept going and blew the circuit breaker. Tatty uncomfortable lounge, rust under jar lids in cupboard. Spa needs a service. Attention to detail will rectify.

Like warm spa

Appreciate that they may have emptied the spa for hygiene reasons however a spa was the attraction offering a nice hot spa and relax. If you’re staying just one night and it’s been cleaned the spa won’t heat fast enough as on arrival at 4 pm in it was 29 degrees C and at 9 pm just 33 barely enough heat to feel warm. Sadly on departure it was 37 which would have been just right.

Perfect

This property was better than m I imagined. At the last minute it ended up being just me able to stay due to a family illness. I was super comfortable and felt safe. It was really peaceful and it was a joy to be able to bring my pups with me. The jacuzzi was perfect and the location, amazing!!!! I had trouble finding the place as I arrived after dark and the solar lights weren’t working. Other than that, a perfect stay! Thank you and I hope to return.

It was very easy. Loved the deck and spa. Beautiful area and lovely cottage. The only downside was the long grass in laneway to get to Cottage as I'm allergic to the long weeds that grow. Guessing this is Council responsibility and that they don't mow regularly.

It was in a nice clean condition, Spa wasn't as hot the 1st night but by the 2nd night it was.

It was worth its value, tidy modern and lots of privacy, and all amenities were available, just bring yr food. Coles, Dan Murphy's are 5 minutes away 😉👌

A hidden gem oasis near coolum beach

I was lucky to stay at this great dog friendly property hidden in the back streets of coolum recently and can’t wait to come back again. The spa and deck on the property is great for a post beach swim and relaxation time. The lounge area is large, bedroom and bathroom new and tidy. For those that love to eat in the holiday home the kitchen is large too. 10/10

Return visitors from the Gold Coast

This was our second stay, and as before, the cottage was immaculate and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The spa is fabulous after a busy day. Our little Boston Terrier is so at home there. Thank you Samantha, we will definitely be back.

Work stay surprise!

This property is awesome! So clean, neat and private! Loved it! Samantha had all the little touches that just made it perfect. Candles for the table outside, mozzie coils etc. Thank you Samantha, we will definitely be back!
