Please note from the 14th of July 2025 for approximately 16 weeks there were will be works on the waterproofing on the Edmund Shores complex roof. There will be limited visitor parking due to skip bins and exclusion zones during this time as well as intermittent noise and vibration throughout the complex.

The unit is well equipped with an ensuite to the master bedroom, Wifi, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, stereo, intercom system, security screens throughout and a large balcony.

The complex offers lock up garaging and a lovely inground pool, and is situated approximately 250m from Kings Beach.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
