'This was a nice place, it was very quirky and interesting and was well equipped by the owner for her guests. The place is decorated as photographed, it has lots of interesting artifacts and books, and the beds are comfy and the facilities are great. We loved it. '

'After a lovely 2 night stay in Alexandra retreat. Couldn’t fault it, incredible breakfast provided by Paul the host on both mornings of our stay. Beautiful room over looking the pool and hinterland. Stocked mini fridge in the room and bathrobes. Only 2 rooms in this property so it doesn’t feel like your normal bnb, both rooms are on the bottom floor so private from the hosts. House is close to a few townships so good options for dinner etc Would definitely stay here again'
