'If you want an Old World hotel that is located in the heart of downtown, then this is great. But it’s old and would need a major renovation to get up to the standards of the Major brands by Marriott, Hilton etc.'

'The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!'

'We all had a great time and was pleased to see everything so clean and the breakfast was delicious,warm and fresh with a variety of options for adults and kids,very impressed. The Staff is very friendly, will consider staying here again :)'

'Great location in the heart of Lafayette. Staff is great and very helpful. We had the empire room and it was a nice spacious and clean room. Same for the bathroom. Lovely light homemade breakfast in the morning. '
