Obsessed with 5-star clean and zero drama? Welcome home. We aren’t a 10-bedroom mansion, and our Murphy bed is cooler than a 1920s silent movie—it’s magic furniture that gives you space to dance and a plush place to crash. We (James & Michelle) live on the other side of this duplex. We promise not to hover, but we do share the hot tub and fire pit. It’s a quiet residential street 2 miles from the beach—so peaceful you can hear your own thoughts. Relax; we’re locals who actually answer the phone.

Let’s be straight with you: This place is small. If you’re looking for a sprawling beach house to host a family reunion, this isn`t it. But if you’re looking for a clean, quiet `basecamp` to crash after a day at the beach, we’ve got you covered. We (James and Michelle) live on the other side of this duplex, and we are obsessed with keeping our place 5-star clean.

The Space: Efficiency is the Name of the Game
We’ve packed a lot of function into a modest footprint.

The Murphy Bed: To give you a place to actually sit during the day, we used a Murphy bed. Pull it down when you’re tired; tuck it away when you want to use the sitting area. It’s comfortable, but it’s the heart of the room.

The Kitchenette (No Stove/No Dishwasher): This is for `vacation meals` only. You’ve got a hot plate, a microwave, a small fridge, and a coffee maker. It’s great for eggs and toast or heating up leftovers from one of our local seafood spots, but you won`t be roasting a turkey here.

No Dishwasher: Since it’s just the two of you, we’ve kept it old-school—you’ll be washing your coffee mugs in the sink!

The Shared Backyard
Since the inside is snug, we share our backyard with you. We’ve got a hot tub and a fire pit that we (the owners) use as well. We’re usually busy running our boat tours or working, so we won`t be in your hair, but you’ll likely see us around.

The Location: 2 Miles to the Sand
We are tucked away on a very quiet residential street. It’s a great spot for walking or jogging, and you’re just a 5-minute drive (2 miles) from the Sunset Beach pier.

House Rules to Keep Us Friends:

No Smoking/Vaping: This is a firm rule. If we smell it, there’s a $500 fee. We want the next guest to walk into a fresh room.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Our neighbors are awesome, and we want to stay friends with them.

No Unapproved Pets: We keep this unit dander-free for folks with allergies.

If you’re cool with a compact, efficient `home base` that’s clean and run by locals who actually answer the phone, we’d love to have you.

You have the entire side of this duplex all to yourself! This includes your private entrance with a keyless door code, your own bathroom, and the living area with the kitchenette and Murphy bed. No indoor spaces are shared.

Parking:
You have dedicated parking right on the property. No need to hunt for a spot on the street—your space is reserved and just steps from your front door.

The Backyard (Shared):
You are welcome to enjoy the backyard, which features our hot tub and fire pit. Please note that these specific outdoor amenities are shared with us (the owners). We’re usually busy with our boat tours or work, so while you might see us passing through the yard, we`ve designed the space for your relaxation.

The Neighborhood:
Since we are on a very quiet residential street, the area is perfect for morning walks or evening jogs. You’re just a quick 2-mile drive from the Sunset Beach pier and pristine sand!

We’ve designed your stay to be as private and seamless as possible. We use keyless entry, so you can head straight to your door and settle in without a formal `meet and greet.`

While we (James and Michelle) live on the other side of the duplex, we prioritize your privacy. Honestly, you may never even see us during your stay. We are usually busy out on the water running our boat tours or working, so we aren`t here to hover.

That said, we are locals who actually answer the phone! We are always reachable by text or call if you need a restaurant recommendation, a quick fix, or a tip on the best beach spots. You get all the peace and quiet you want, with the peace of mind that we’re right next door if you actually need us.

Cameras on outside, its for our safety and yours. Please note the hot tub can be seen from the cameras so we advise against skinny dipping, we don`t monitor these but use them if a problem occurs.
🏠 SeaRenity House Rules
1. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
SeaRenity is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property (including the porch, patio, and all outdoor areas). To keep our air fresh for every guest, evidence of smoking will result in a $500 remediation fee.

2. 🤫 Quiet Hours (9 PM – 9 AM)
We love our neighbors! Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Since this is a duplex, sound travels—please be mindful of television volume and outdoor conversations late at night.

3. 🌊 Sand & Beach Gear
Rinse Off: Please use the outdoor hose/shower to rinse sand off feet and gear before entering the home.

Storage: Do not leave beach gear on the sand overnight (local ordinances may frequently confiscate items left on the beach).

Inventory: A $60 fee applies for each beach chair or item not returned in good condition.

4. 🏊 Shared Neighborhood Amenities
The Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna are shared community amenities.

Access: Use the key card located by the door for entry to these facilities.

Key Card Policy: Please ensure the card is returned to its hook at checkout. A $90 replacement fee will be charged if the key card is lost or not returned.

Hot Tub & Sauna: Please shower before use, replace covers where applicable, and ensure no glass is brought into the amenity areas.

5. 🍳 Full Kitchen Care
We provide a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. To keep our high-end cookware in top shape, please follow these guidelines:

Protect the Pans: Please do not use metal utensils (spatulas, forks, or knives) on our non-stick pans. Use only the provided wood or silicone tools.

Dishwasher: Please feel free to use the dishwasher! We just ask that you start a final load of your used dishes before you depart.

Countertops: Please use the provided cutting boards; do not cut directly on the countertops.

6. 🚫 No Pets Policy
To protect guests with severe allergies, we maintain a strictly dander-free environment. No pets of any kind are permitted. Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a $500 fine and potential eviction without refund.

7. 🕒 Check-Out is 10:00 AM
Our cleaning team is like a pit crew—they arrive right at 10:00 AM to prep both bedrooms and bathrooms for the next guest. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee.
