'I was genuinely disappointed with my stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. Based on the Hard Rock brand, I expected a much higher standard. The food was consistently well below average, especially compared with other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited. A number of the advertised amenities were also unavailable during our stay, including bars and restaurants, which significantly reduced the overall experience. The resort itself feels tired and in need of refurbishment. There were numerous signs of wear...

'Room was clean and and staff amazing. Property grounds well maintained also . The waiters and concierge go well out there to please the customer. The nightly entertainment could of been better if they had a theater like with bar . One other thing we did notice was the steak restaurant we did go twice for length of stay but would be better for all tourists if was giving all the time or option there as the staff there are incredible also and food was excellent also'
