The customer service was amazing, quick and easy check-in with one minor hiccup. I brought my 2 pups with me, and was told there was a โpet roomโ, which was perfectly fine. We got our room key and upon opening the door, the room looked nothing like the pictures. Not a big deal, but after settling in, we got a call from the front desk that they placed us in the wrong room. The room we were originally put in was actually for the handicapped. It didnโt really bother us, so, we packed our stuff up and went to the lobby to receive a new room number and key. Unfortunately, it was horrible. When we opened the door it reeked of cat pee. Iโm not one to complain, but it was beyond noticeable. The cleanliness of the space isnโt appropriate for the price. I had to give a $75 pet fee on top of the $100 deposit after paying $109 online. Iโm actually disappointed because weโve stayed here before and it wasnโt nearly as bad. I decided to make a call to the front desk to clarify that I wouldnโt be charged for the conditions I was put in to begin with and she assured me that sheโd make a note of it in the system. Like I mention, the service 10/10, but the overall experience was upsetting.
