'We had just a short 3 night stay. All the extra little touches made our stay special. Such as; A bottle of wine to welcome us, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice machine for us to use anytime. Free happy hour drinks gave us a chance to meet people. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St restaurants and shopping. Kevin and Heather were very good to us. '

'Great location & even better hosts. Our stay was so convenient to all that was happening on Duval St. And everyday they provided a great “Happy Hour”. Also, the pool & hot tub were excellent to just relax & talk about our day or what our evening was going to look like!'

'If you’re looking to stay in Old Town this is the perfect location. Pool right outside the room, FREE Happy Hour from 4-5 and very accommodating hosts. Good for families or couples alike. Awesome!'

'Owners are on the property all day. Rooms were stocked with everything - right down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra fans (ceilings & floors) in all rooms with A/C which made the rooms VERY comfortable, as much bottled water you needed WITHOUT charge, the free snacks in the office were out of this world, the pool was VERY clean. Love the hospitality by the friendly owners - we would definitely stay here again!!!'
