'The first room water on the floor and tub was peeling and smelled like smoke. Moved to the second room, the bedspread had spots on it (she exchanged it). The toilet was running, so I let her know and no one came to fix so listenedto that for 2 days. The tub was peeling'

Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...

'Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix.'

' Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again.'
