By checking in close to 12pm i was stuck being next to a family that allowed the children to be loudly playing late in the night, no insulation in the walks maybe, then very early playground time at 6am.

The property is run down and didn’t seem very clean because the walls were marked up and the towels were stained. Our room had no toilet paper. The person who checked us in was very nice but in the morning when I went to get toilet paper, the person who gave it to me offered no apology and was rude. The coffee at breakfast was terrible.

The experience was very bad, we only spent 10 minutes in the room and it was enough for an allergy, it smelled of something and the bathroom door handle was missing, and the handle for the toilet and despite that they did not want to return the money

When arrived the first room smelled like marijuana and reported to office. We were moved and the other room smelled like mildew. Very unpleasant stay. Towels were worn out as well. There was also a lot of people hanging out

I updated to a suite and my pup and I enjoyed the extra room and two views. I found minor things didn’t work-clock, smoke detector had fallen off ceiling and don’t know if it worked, refrigerator froze my drinks. I won’t hesitate to stay again.

It was right off the highway so it is easy to find. It is close enough to Dallas to get to the events we were going to that we did not have to leave too early. But far enough away to Dallas that we didn't have to deal with the traffic.

We were on our vacation and we're visiting my kids up there. It's a six hour plus drive to get there. The first night I got sick and I had to go get a plunger. The guy was real nice about it. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay just like any other time. I think the long drive got to me that night. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you have animals.

We booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch, when we got in the room there were no sheets for the pullout couch and when my husband went to go ask for sheets at 11pm they were rude to him and asked why we needed them. There shouldn't be any question about why we needed them. The room had a bad odor and the plumbing for shower and toilet were not good. The only thing I liked was there was a place for us to sleep after a long travel and the price wasn't horrible.

This was not what I expected for a Best Western. Everything thing needed fixing. Rugs were stained in room, lamp didn’t work, no batteries in the TV remote. Grass needed mowed. Trash all over the grounds, fence around AC unit broken and leaning down. Room paint was dingy. However staff was friendly and responsive to request. Kitchen staff prepared good breakfast. This facility needed a good maintenance manager and grounds keeper
