'This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.'

'Sweet front desk staff. Really enjoyed talking with the ladies during check in. Room AC worked well, slept comfortably. The door into the room is located on the interior of the building, instead of the doors facing the parking lot. You can go out that door, you just can't come back in because they lock and the room keys don't work on them. Have to reenter your room through the lobby and interior door.'

'The property was situated slightly away from the centre of the city yet on roads that led back to the city quite easily. The location had lovely views of the countryside. The interior of the hotel was modern and clean. The bedroom was clean, spacious, modern in appearance and in amenities.'

'We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse! Everything was as described and our family enjoyed a relaxing, but fun weekend. The building was stocked with all the things that one might need. We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. Thank you Garrett for making everything go so smoothly and for maintaining such a lovely historic property.'

'The studio apartment was located on a private property in a quiet neighborhood. Although there was not a clothes closet, there was a coat rack with ample hooks for hanging clothes. The kitchen was full size, as well as the bathroom. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. The host even left a gift of a loaf of fresh sour dough bread from a local nearby business. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for us, and we look forward to staying there again.'
