'Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....

'The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. '

'私の知ってる東横INNの中では、客室がが多いほう。朝食会場も広く、ご飯置いてあるところは2カ所あり、なくなったらすぐ補給してくれる。御当地メニューはなく一般的で、日本食とパン。エレベーターもたくさんあってすぐくる。空港からも近く、コンビニも近くにあり。利用者はほぼ中国系。'

'Because of the morning flight from Centair Airport, I stayed in this hotel. Metitetsu Tokoname Station is 3 min walk from the hotel and 6 min on train to Centrair Airport. The public bath iin the hotel s rather small one but each room has own bath tab. WIth the advise of the reception, I went to the bath around dinner time and enjoyed a nice hot bath alone in the big bath. 'この度はお世話になりました。 朝食なしのプランでしたが、後からつける事も可能だとフロントの方が説明してくださり無事朝食バイキングをいただけました。 フロントの方も朝食会場の方の対応もよく気持ちよく過ごすことができました！ 朝食も種類はそこまでではありませんが、愛知産の牛肉を使用した牛丼がとても美味しかったです。 お部屋はダブルルームに夫婦と小2男子と泊まりましたので、ベッドは少し手狭でしたが、それはこちらの誤算でしたので仕方ないですが、未就学児なら いけたかな？ またホテルの目の前にはコンビニがあるので夕食を食べ損ねていたので助かりました。 またそちら方面に行く時はお世話になりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました！ '
