'Great breakfast and great accommodations'

'Breakfast and dinner'

'The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This time the TV in our room would not work and we were told that a previous guest set it to his log in and they could not fix it. They did offer a different room and we stayed in the room rather than the hassle of moving rooms. The staff was again professional, helpful and friendly. This is our go to hotel when we go to see family in Lee's Summit. The beds are great and the rooms are always clean. Thank...

'Zeer ruime kamer, sfeervol hotel, mooie vijver als tuin, goed ontbijt'

'Need more food court'

'Front desk Staff was amazing very clean but very outdated and hard low beds hard to sleep in. Housekeeping was bit noisy.'

'Op loopafstand van Royals honkbalstadion en Chiefs football-stadion. Redelijk ontbijt. Accommodatie ietwat gedateerd. '

'ok'

'From the moment I got there, I was greeted in a friendly manner by the desk clerk. He engaged me in conversation and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and made up nicely. I had a great view of the parking lot where my truck was and that was nice. The bed was comfortable and I would have slept great but super loud motorcycles on nearby I-70 would wake me up. Not the hotel's fault, just saying. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious and well maintained. Even...

'We were in town for the FIFA match. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff. The manager let us do an early check in for free and hung flags of the daily FIFA teams. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the rooms looked like they were recently updated. The towels seemed brand new. Good experience'

'Clean room, nice staff. Some of the paint and trim is getting worn in some of the rooms. Small cobweb in one corner of the room. Stained grout on tub. Lots of loud squeaky doors on the second floor. Lots of thumping and stomping noise due to loud guests that were there for a youth soccer team meet over the weekend. Biscuits were not done at breakfast. Doughy, crumbly and not hot enough or fully baked. People would not line up in an orderly fashion at the breakfast area. It was a free for all!...

'I was initially given a terrible room. The door was in the elevator lobby! The room was small, dark, and had a bit of a smell. I went back to the front desk and said it was unacceptable. The lady at the desk said it might be difficult to move me, because they were full, but she looked at it for quite a while and was finally able to change me to a normal room. I very much appreciated her efforts. That room was much better, but truly, this hotel needs some work. It gives an old, worn impression...

'The hotel was nice. The first room they gave me was still being cleaned by housekeepers So I got a different room. Otherwise it was nice.'

'Great experience!'
