The fresh and high-quality holiday home "On the high seas" ensures with the thoughtful interior already at the entrance for relaxation (built in: 2019).

The direct water situation of nearly 300 square meters of land on a branch canal from the Great Sea is of course the highlight of this holiday home. After only 200m you will reach the Great Sea via the waterway. For the sailor, we have a sail-clear dinghy (Dehler "Pfeil" Hubkiel) with mainsail and jib lying on its own dock. A paddle boat (about 3,00 x 1,30m) can be boarded by the small sailors. A two-person canoe is also clearly in the water.

The living / dining area is attached to the open kitchen. In the very well-equipped kitchen all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking are housed. At the large dining table four people and a baby find enough space.

The first bathroom is on the ground floor. Shower, toilet and vanity with vanity unit - everything is available. The towel warmer gives warm towels on cold days.

From the hallway in the upper floor go two bedrooms, the boiler room and another bathroom. The staircase is protected there with a staircase blind.

In the large bedroom, which looks airy due to its visible beam position, there is a comfortable box spring bed. The very spacious wardrobe was installed by the master carpenter fit. Of course, a flat-screen TV is not missing.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. There is also a flat-screen TV and Blueray DVD player.

The second bathroom upstairs also has a shower, toilet and vanity unit with vanity unit. Of course, a towel warmer was also thought of here.

In addition to the two terraces at the house, which are located in front of the large, light-spoiled window elements, a cozy Relexecke beach chair was prepared directly on the water. This "retreat corner" invites you to linger.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac - so this area is particularly traffic-calmed.

Access to the holiday home is via a separate entrance. Crockery and cutlery is sufficiently available even at maximum occupancy. The house was massively built by the East Frisian master craftsman (built in 2019). For your safety, there are smoke detectors around. A first aid kit and a blanket are immediate helpers in distress. There are also two branded lifejackets for toddlers (10-20kg and 30-40kg) on site.

The entire ground floor is equipped with tiles in wood look. On the upper floor barefoot-friendly vinyl in wood look has been processed in the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is again tiled. Heating is throughout the house with underfloor heating, which of course can be set separately for each room. Almost without exception, LED ceiling spots are installed.

The "Great Sea" is Ostfriesland's largest lake. With its sandy beach and its child-friendly water depth of about one meter, it is not only a popular lake for locals, but also offers ideal conditions for swimming, surfing, paddling, sailing, pedal boating but also for fishing.
Beautiful destinations, the North Sea and the cities of Aurich, Emden and north are within easy reach.

The house uses ECO electricity. The power supply comes from 100% renewable energies.
