'Great place!'

'It was like finding a little tropical paradise hidden in the middle of the city. I travel with kids. The Staff was extra courteous and accommodating to our needs. We checked in at around 10pm and the pool was open till 12 for us. The person in reception had the lights to the pool turn on for us and got us clean towels. The included breakfast was delicious and we only had to buy two more breakfast for our kids. Thank you!'

'I reserved a room for 1 night thru Expedia and paid $156 dollars. I’m landing in El Salvador at 9pm so I told my wife to do the check in since the website says the check in is until 8pm and then they charged my wife extra $20 dollars for it. They said if she doesn’t pay the money the whole reservation was going to be cancel so she paid extra $20 dollars. Nice rooms but shady customer service, my wife felt they were taking advantage of her. Won’t stay there anymore.'

'You get what you pay for, the experience was excellent overall, basic room but everything clean, good a/c , bathroom was clean , we had our car and for a fair rate we used a parking lot nervy which was very secure. Walking distance to downtown so overall everything went flawless. '

'The staff was very kind and accommodative. I arrived a day earlier and they were willing to reschedule my cabin at no extra charge. Make sure to program gps while at San Ignacio, data is flaky in the mountains. Also lear how to descend in compression or 4WL to avoid break overheating, other than, fantastic and beautiful adventure, highly recommend. Thanks to the staff, wiil be back'

'I was impressed by the level of attention by the staff. From the cleaning crew to the service at the bistro/restaurant. My family and I really enjoy the stay and highly recommend staying here. A shot out to Heizel, who really helped coordinating our stay despite of last minute booking. '
