'I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. 'I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. 'This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me.'

'Prima hotel, vriendelijk vrolijk personeel. Goede keuken. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Dichtbij vliegveld, maar vanwege het drukke verkeer toch minimaal 1 uur rijden. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden en handdoeken service. In weekenden erg druk bij ontbijt vanwege dagjes mensen. Roken alleen bij de buitenbar , bij voordeur en op eigen terras. Prima ligging om dag trips te maken, als je de stad eenmaal uit bent, is het verkeer normaal.'

明るくてきれいな施設に、フレンドリーなスタッフたちがセキュリティ、ロビー、フロント、レストランに揃っており、みなさん一生懸命に接してくれて、素敵なホスピタリティを感じました！
シャワーの水圧も問題なし。館内には24時間のジム（広いし器具も豊富！24時間！）や、サウナもあって、台風直撃のタイミングであったがホテ ル内でも充実して過ごすことができた。
滞在中に転んで怪我をしたが、初日の応急手当と翌日の追加の手当もしていただいて、これも心強く感謝です。
周辺アクセスは、グラブで空港まで20分程度、ニュータウンへも10分かからない程度なので、セブの街中の喧騒から逃れてリゾートを味わうのであれば、マクタンのここがとてもおすすめ！

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
