Important information about bed linen and towels: For stays under 4 nights, bed linen is not included. You can bring your own or book it through the platform. Bed linen (pillow, sheet, duvet, incl. 1 towel) is available for an extra fee. For stays of 4 nights or more, these are included at no extra cost. Sleeping without bed linen is unhygienic and not permitted. We will charge for cleaning in such cases.



The apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and features modern underfloor heating and a ventilation system. On sunny days, the new solar panels generate green electricity.



There are 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed for 2 people, a bunk bed (each bed supports up to 100 kg), a desk, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a bunk bed (each bed supports up to 100 kg), suitable for adults. A wardrobe is also available.



The living room offers a modern sofa, dining area, TV, and access to a balcony. The balcony will soon be furnished with a table and 2 chairs, expected to be ready by the end of December.



The modern bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers plenty of space for cooking.



Wi-Fi is available. Pets are welcome, but please do not allow them on beds or sofas.
