The apartment house Kaltenbach-Stumm is located in the sunny Zillertal in one of the most charming places in all of Tyrol in the center of Sturm, surrounded by rustic inns and cozy cafes. It is a wonderful place to linger. The ski bus stop is only 50 meters from the house and transports the enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders to the top ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The cozy apartment "Zentral 4er App Kat A", located on the 2nd floor, consists of a living/dining area with sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In addition, the apartment offers a nice balcony where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 2-10 minute walk away (120-750 m) and the nearest bakery is just around the corner (4 minute walk). Two smaller grocery markets are also located in Stumm, only 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment house. In summer, the swimming pool "Badewelt Stumm" with its three pools invites you to relax and sunbathe (6 minutes walk, 500 m).



Parking spaces are available on the property. If desired, an underground parking space can be booked for a small extra charge and on request. 
A ski storage room with electric ski boot dryer is also available.

The visitor's tax will increase from 1 December 2024 from €1.50 per person per night (aged 15 and over) to €2.60 per person per night (aged 15 and over).
