'The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. 'For the most part, I quite enjoyed my stay. The room was very large and comfortable and with the exception of one bug I found in the bathroom very clean and all the employees that I spoke to were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, one of the elevators wasn't working for one of the days I was there and there were some noisy children on my floor but I guess that's to be expected. All in all I would stay there again.'

'The woman that always works 3rd shift, I believe she’s from Indiana originally, but she’s always so helpful, and very polite. She has great customer service! Everytime I stay here we always arrive super late, and no matter the time shes always very welcoming and never seems grumpy unlike other hotels when you check in late the employee working the desk is typically always grouchy, but her and I wish I could think of her name, she deserves a shining star! '
