Boat Park Bungalow with heated Pool

Attention Boaters and Beach Lovers! Bring your boat, kayak, paddle boards & fishing poles to this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath heated pool home located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Stuart, Florida - North River Shores. If requested, guests can have access to the facilities located across the street in the beautiful waterfront park which includes a fishing pier at the lagoon, basketball/pickle ball courts & sunset views over the water. Boat slip also available (see details below).

The space

This large well-furnished home with a salt water pool is a short bike ride through the neighborhood to downtown Stuart, restaurants, shopping, the Lyric Theatre, breweries, and wine bars. If fishing and boating is your desire, the nearby launching areas are just minutes from the St Lucie Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Please inquire with the host about details for a private boat slip in close proximity to Boat Park Bungalow. The inshore sandbar areas are spectacular and the blue water beaches are approximately 15 mins away where popular activities such as snorkeling and surfing can be enjoyed. To the rear of the property is a wildlife pond where turtles, fish, ducks, and herons can be seen and photographed. The neighborhood has its own executive golf course (par 70) just a few blocks away that is open to the public.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the entire home and fenced-in pool area. The Boat Park Bungalow is located towards the front of a larger property that has a fruit tree orchard (in work) and a wildlife pond. Guests have exclusive access to the house and fenced pool area and may also walk through the orchard area as well as enjoy looking at the turtles, fish, ducks, herons, and egrets in and around the pond.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool company comes once a week to maintain the pool. Lawncare will come once a week to maintain landscaping. Pest control will spray the exterior perimeter of the home once a month for maintenance. A groundskeeper will occasionally be tending to the newly planted trees only in the rear orchard area.

Other things to note

The home is equipped with 5 smart TVs with streaming apps for your convenience. The gaming area has a poker table that is also a bumper pool table. 2 bikes are provided with the house - the locks must be used when parked off the property. Do not feed or disturb the wildlife in the nature pond.
Guidelines:

1. Noise, loud speech, stereos, etc.: The noise ordinances in Martin County require that any sounds that can be heard clearly by any neighbors must be low during the day and stop at 9 pm. Please respect that this is a residential neighborhood.
2. Please do not bring any glass or ceramics into the pool area. This includes cups, drinking glasses, bottled beverages, etc. Plastic cups have been provided in the cabinets over the kitchen sink.
3. Please do not stand on or jump off of the concrete table in the pool.
4. If you have excess garbage during an extended stay, trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Bins are located in the carport and can be wheeled down to the street if needed.

A boat slip is available if requested and prior arrangements are made. The dock is one block away from the rental house and has dockside power and water with a hose. The guest must bring their own bumpers, mooring lines, and extension cord if power is needed.

This is a private residence so there are some guidelines to follow if keeping the boat at the dock during your stay:

1. Parking is on the west driveway and access to the dock should be along the west side of the house using that gate. There will be one parking space for one vehicle kept open for you while you are using the dock. Any other vehicles should be parked at the rental house down the street.
2. If arrangements are made, the contact number of the residents will be provided and it is recommended that you give notice to them before passing through the yard so they can prepare for your arrival.
3. After #2, you will have complete access to the dock to load, unload, and clean your boat.
4. There are plenty of ramps nearby to launch the boat. Once in the water, the boat can be kept at the dock for the duration of the stay. If dockage is needed for more than 2 weeks continuously, that needs approval from the dock owners first.
5. The boat must be moored to the far EAST side of the dock to allow clearance for the resident's boat to be backed out of the lift.
6. Maximum boat length is 25'.
7. Use of the pool, spa, chairs, etc. on the property is not allowed. Do not stay on the property longer than what is necessary to reasonably clean, load, and unload your boat.
8. Please do not play the stereo so loud as to cause a disturbance while at the dock. You are in the back yards of many other homes and they might not like the noise.
